1. Press PrtScn. (Nhấp PrtScr)
2. Open Paint by clicking the Start button , clicking All Programs, clicking Accessories, and then clicking Paint. (Mở Paint bằng cách nhấp Start > All Programs > Accessories > Paint . Sau khi bạn xong thao tác này , Paint sẽ nằm trên Start Menu) .
3. In Paint, on the Home tab, in the Clipboard group, click Paste. (Ở Paint , ở phần Home , Clipboard , nhấp Paste) .
4. If you want to resize the image, on the Home tab, in the Image group, click Resize, and enter a new percentage or pixel size. (Nếu bạn muốn thay đổi kích thước của hình , ở phần Home , Image , nhấp Resize , và nhập bách phân mới hay kích thước mới của pixel) .
5. Click the Paint button , and then click Save. ( Nhấp nút Paint và chọn Save) .

It's also possible to capture a specific active window when you press PrtScn.

II / To capture an active window(Để chụp lại một clip đang phát trên mạng)

1. Press Alt+PrtScn. (Nhấp Alt + PrtScr) .
2. Open Paint by clicking the Start button , clicking All Programs, clicking Accessories, and then clicking Paint. (Khỏi làm phần này nếu trước đây đã dùng Paint : bạn chỉ cần nhấp Start > Paint) . 
3. In Paint, on the Home tab, in the Clipboard group, click Paste. (Ở Paint , ở phần Home , Clipboard , nhấp Paste) .
4. If you want to resize the image, on the Home tab, in the Image group, click Resize, and enter a new percentage or pixel size. (Nếu bạn muốn làm hình lớn hay nhỏ , ở Home , Image , nhấp Resize , và nhập bách phân mới hay kích thước của pixel) .
5. Click the Paint button , and then click Save. ( Nhấp vào nút Paint và nhấp Save) .

Notes (Ghi chú) : 

• On some keyboards, PrtScn might appear as PRTSC, PRTSCN, or a similar abbreviation.(Ở vài keyboard , PrtScn có thể viết là PRTSC , PRTSCN hay chữ tắt tương tự) .
• Certain laptops and other mobile devices that lack a PrtScn key might use other key combinations, such as FN+Insert, to capture the screen. Check the manual the came with your laptop or device for specific instructions. (Một vài laptop ko có phím PrtScn , bạn có thể dùng phím Fn + Insert để chụp màn hình . Xem lại cẫm nang xử dụng) .
