Dù Phước Long đã lọt vào tay CS từ đầu năm 1975 , các cuộc biểu tình chống chính phủ , chống tham nhũng của các Phật tử , giáo dân (của LM Trần hữu Thanh , v.v...) và dân biểu TNS đối lập vẫn thường xuyên xảy ra . Họ ko biết rằng sau khi CS làm chủ miền nam , họ sẽ ko bao giờ biểu tình như vậy nữa !
