Vung Tau, South Vietnam: Students raise and lower radar aerials form a tower and raise a radio antenna at the ARVN Signal School, the largest technical school in Vietnam with between 3 and 4000 students. The school is located at the seaside resort of Vung Tau, 60 miles south of Saigon. Students learn how to operate and maintain telephone, radios and sensory devices.
